  • Once your order has been fulfilled, we’ll send you an email confirmation which includes your package tracking number. You can also find that tracking number by logging into your A-Life Inc. account.

    Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so that you can stay updated on your order shipping status. Please keep in mind we have no control over delays due to the carrier, natural disasters, or holidays. Understand we will always try to get your orders out to you in a timely manner.

    We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

  • Domestic ground shipping (3-10 business days) is $8 for orders under $100 or free for orders over $100, and we partner with UPS, USPS, and FEDEX for delivery. We also offer expedited shipping (2-5 business-days) for $15 and 2-day priority shipping for $25. If you need to return your order, we will charge you a $5 restocking fee.

  • We currently ship to the contiguous United States. We only deliver to PO boxes via standard shipping - expedited and express shipping to PO boxes is not available at this moment. Stay tuned as we expand our shipping zones.
